About the Zine

Blockwalk Zine is a photography publication about walking, looking, and place. Sibling property to the Blockwalk app. Photo essays, photobook reviews, photographer interviews, and event creation guides. Each issue follows a single walk through a single place — wherever the editor happens to be.

Inspired by the Japanese independent photo zine tradition — small-run, image-led, personal. Each issue is a walk, a way of seeing. Eight a year, mailed flat, scanned grainy.
